Research areas include intelligent medical image analysis, AI-assisted pathology systems, intelligent pathology equipment, pathology data analytics, technology transfer and the commercialization of research outcomes.

Job Requirements

1. Applicants should hold, or be close to completing, a doctoral degree from a recognized university or research institution. Applicants should generally be under 40 years of age.
2. Applicants should demonstrate professional integrity, a strong interest in the translation and commercialization of intelligent medical technologies, and alignment with the company’s commitment to technological innovation.
3. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to, biomedical engineering, medical physics, electronic information, artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, medical image processing, biochemical reagent development and big-data analytics.
4. Possessing a solid foundation in professional theory and outstanding research capabilities, and being proficient in core skills such as intelligent algorithm development, medical image analysis tools, pathology-related experimental techniques, or big data processing platforms.
5. Possesses strong foreign language reading, writing, and communication skills; capable of independently conducting research projects; writing high-level papers, patents, and technical reports; and demonstrates a strong understanding of technology transfer and research commercialization.
6. Demonstrates strong teamwork, professional commitment and the ability to collaborate effectively within an R&D environment.
