The digital pathology teleconsultation system enables glass pathology slides to be digitized and securely shared with pathologists at remote locations. It supports the transmission, viewing and collaborative review of high-resolution whole-slide images and relevant case information, primarily used for the remote transmission and consultation of pathology data and case information. It integrates technologies such as microscopic image processing and web image browsing to digitize glass pathology slides and transmit high-resolution whole-slide images to pathologists for remote consultation via a network.
